I’ve been thinking about you.
I’m learning tools to manage my mind so I can create a super fun life.
My favorite tool is self-inquiry. That’s a fancy way of saying that I ask myself questions.
I’ve been thinking about how we ask ourselves “who are you?”
The first thing I think about when I ask that question is what I’ve done. My past.
The second thing I think of is everything I haven’t done yet. Womp womp. Also my past.
What sense does it make to use the past to define our current selves?
It’s hard to evolve when we’re thinking about ourselves from our past.
I want to offer you a question to help you create whatever life you want, a question I’ve been asking myself a lot lately.
“WHO ARE YOU BECOMING?”
We can’t look to our past to answer. We must look to our future.
We have to ask ourselves what we want, not what we’ve done.
The best part is that we can start becoming that person right now in the present moment!
Start where you are. Start here. Start now.
You’re worth it.
